From veneer to finished panel
Every coated panel we produce goes through six carefully controlled stages — combining skilled craftsmanship with an industrial-scale pressing line, so that quality never depends on chance.
Veneer selection
Every sheet begins with a careful eye. We select each wood veneer for grain pattern, color consistency, and structural quality — rejecting anything that does not meet our standard before it ever reaches the production line.
Sheet preparation
Selected veneers are precisely trimmed on the guillotine and spliced together, matching grain and tone edge to edge. The result is a continuous, seamless sheet — ready to be pressed as a single, uniform surface.
Thermal pressing
The veneer is bonded onto MDF panels in our Italian pressing line at 100°C, ensuring a strong, lasting bond across the entire surface — not just at the edges.
With installed capacity for 600 panels a day, we press standard 2750 × 1850 mm sheets as well as larger formats above 3000 × 1850 mm, without compromising on consistency.
Sanding
Each panel goes through a progressive sanding process, refining the surface pass by pass until it reaches the smooth, even finish that high-end furniture demands.
Sustainable finishing
Panels are varnished using a water-based, sustainable paint system — a finishing method we adopted to reduce environmental impact without giving up the depth and durability our clients expect.
Protective film
Before leaving our facility, every panel receives a protective film application — safeguarding the finished surface through handling, transport, and installation, so it arrives exactly as it left the press.
